📋 Description

• Design and run client sessions focused on practical AI application and behavior change • Demonstrate AI results and value using clients’ actual work • Adapt facilitation approach to different audience reactions and needs • Serve as primary point of contact for clients between sessions • Answer client questions and support adoption through async videos, Slack or Teams channels, and follow-ups • Advise clients on AI strategy, AI policies, and team adoption challenges • Own day-to-day client relationship logistics, with scheduling handled by others • Maintain working knowledge of relevant AI platforms and capabilities • Surface cross-client patterns, adoption barriers, and session effectiveness to improve Pragmatico’s methodology • Report into Pragmatico’s delivery leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, specifically with executive or senior-leadership audiences • Experience owning client relationships directly • Quantifiable track record moving groups from resistance or skepticism to adoption of a new tool, process, or behavior • Hands-on experience using AI in professional work • Comfort being challenged live by a skeptical executive • Ability to evaluate unfamiliar AI tools quickly • Travel to client sites required for a portion of engagements • Full-time availability
