📋 Description
• Manage creator communication across social and messaging channels • Support creator acquisition and onboarding, from first contact to an active account • Resolve creator questions and issues, with other teams where needed • Build strong relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers • Share creator feedback and insights with the wider team • Help improve communication processes and best practices as the team grows • Support other Creator Growth initiatives as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Native Arabic and fluent English, with excellent written communication in both • Organized and reliable, able to manage many conversations and priorities at once • Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs and spreadsheets • Fresh graduates are welcome • Experience in customer support, community or social media management • Familiarity with Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy • Understanding of Gulf and Saudi audiences
