📋 Description

• Manage role intake, sourcing, screening, interview processes, offers, and closing across marketing and growth • Map relevant companies and teams and develop targeted outreach • Find talent through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, and creative research • Assess performance expectations across paid acquisition, lifecycle, brand, creative, communications, and partnerships • Translate business needs into candidate profiles and refine searches using market feedback • Evaluate candidates' contributions, judgment, and execution ability • Drive timely feedback, maintain clear next steps, resolve bottlenecks, and provide a responsive candidate experience • Build candidate relationships, understand motivations, tell Kalshi's story, and partner with hiring managers to close offers • Track pipeline health, conversion, speed, and offer acceptance and adjust searches accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Successful recruiting experience across multiple relevant disciplines • Ability to recruit passive candidates and uncover talent beyond obvious companies and titles • Ability to assess candidates' actual contribution, ability, and potential beyond recognizable employers or polished résumés • Ownership of outcomes and attention to detail across multiple searches • Ability to earn trust, give direct feedback, and challenge assumptions constructively • Ability to understand candidate motivations and communicate Kalshi's opportunity • Ability to learn unfamiliar functions quickly and adapt as priorities and hiring needs evolve • Bonus: Experience recruiting for a rapidly scaling consumer, fintech, marketplace, or crypto company • Bonus: Established network across marketing, growth, brand, or creative talent • Bonus: Experience building recruiting processes or opening new hiring functions
