📋 Description

• Design, implement, and administer HR technology, primarily Workday, to support the health system's strategic objectives • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders on HR process and reporting matters • Develop, schedule, and execute Workday and other HR system reports • Provide data analysis and recommendations through monthly and ad-hoc reporting • Create custom and ad-hoc reports combining data from multiple sources • Provide technical support and subject matter expertise, including end-user training • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and production issues using best practices and long-term solutions • Identify trends, determine root causes, predict implications, and recommend solutions for business decisions • Complete tenant configurations and maintain and develop Workday integrations • Perform batch data uploads and extractions using transformations and calculated fields • Manage Workday major-release impacts on configurations and integrations • Assist with troubleshooting mass data loads in Workday EIBs • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity • Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline business and system processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university • 3 or more years of experience supporting HRIS in several modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Talent/Performance Management • 2 or more years of report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools for ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft reporting tools, or SQL • Experience configuring benefits, payroll, compensation, time off, reporting, and security • Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and program needs and translating them into technology and process solutions • Fluent English: read, write, and speak English • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge of building reports for HRMS and developing and delivering HR metrics/dashboards • Solid knowledge of HR systems, structure, functions, and processes • High proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn technology quickly • Prior Workday experience preferred
