• Develop collegiate leaders and members, build sisterhood, and create belonging and inclusion for approximately 20 chapters over two divisions, an in-residence chapter, or a portfolio of existing chapters • Visit chapters nationwide or support a specific chapter on a university campus • Support sisterhood, inclusion, leadership development, recruitment, and new chapter establishment • Mentor collegians and support local advisors, staff, and volunteers • Complete reports to the national organization by deadlines using technology platforms including Salesforce, ChapterSpot, BillHighway, Office 365, and Google Sheets • Strategically address problems with collegians, NLT, and staff members and escalate issues to appropriate managers • Develop officers, chapters, and the national organization • Serve as liaison between National Headquarters and chapters • Develop and maintain professional relationships with undergraduates, alumnae, and university officials • Promote scholarship, academic accountability, campus involvement, community service, and public relations • Educate and motivate chapter leadership and members for successful chapter management • Act as a Kappa Delta brand ambassador • Enhance chapter programming through creative and innovative ideas • Work on special projects at headquarters as assigned • Travel up to 50% of the time depending on assignment; remaining work may be performed virtually
• College graduate by June of the year hired • Alumna in good standing with Kappa Delta • Leadership experience; council or Panhellenic experience recommended but not required • Campus or community involvement, such as student organizations, work, volunteer positions, or leadership awards • Impeccable written and oral communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and meeting facilitation • Membership recruitment ability and experience strongly preferred • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Superior time management skills • Proven training and mentoring skills • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions that may include new processes or systems • Ability to work independently and take initiative while remaining detail- and deadline-oriented • Ability to travel intermittently, including on short notice • Valid driver's license and motor insurance, or ability to obtain before travel assignments • Financial good standing • Submit a video highlighting skills brought to the position in lieu of a cover letter • Two references required if selected for an in-person interview; one should be a Kappa Delta alumna in good standing
