📋 Description

• Serve as the technical expert across Kaseya’s security portfolio, including Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, and User-Based Security • Conduct technical discoveries and deliver customized, scenario-based product demonstrations aligned with client threat profiles • Partner with Account Executives to design layered security and compliance frameworks tailored to client environments • Help clients align security postures with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC using Kaseya’s compliance and auditing tools • Provide post-sale technical consulting for deployment strategies, threat detection configurations, and ongoing security optimization • Collaborate with Product Management on feature enhancements based on threat intelligence and customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales or technical solution architecture experience in cybersecurity, email security, or managed security solutions • Hands-on knowledge of Email Security, including phishing defense, DMARC/DKIM/SPF • Microsoft 365 security management experience • SIEM log analysis and MDR workflow knowledge • Understanding of user-based security, IAM, MFA, and Security Awareness Training strategies • Working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST (800-171/800-53), and CMMC • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, core networking, OpenVAS, and Nessus • Familiarity with MSP service delivery models, SOC workflows, and ITSM practices • ITSM/ITIL certification is a plus • Ability to translate complex threat vectors and compliance requirements into clear business value for C-level executives, technical leads, and non-technical stakeholders
