📋 Description

• Lead complex analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business drivers • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and related tools • Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries across large and complex datasets • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations • Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and communicate results • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI-driven analytics solutions • Solve moderately complex and non-standard business problems with minimal guidance • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes • Document methodologies, business rules, and reporting processes • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and coaching to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Applicants must be located in and legally authorized to work from Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, or Michigan at the time of hire and throughout employment
