📋 Description

• Support clients worldwide as part of the Global Operations team • Develop concepts of operations, logistical support, cost projections, implementation plans, communications, oversight, and billing for global executive protection programs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Use best practices, experience, and collaboration to develop operational plans • Organize personnel and resources globally within specific timeframes • Identify and implement technologies and processes to optimize productivity • Work effectively with internal and external multicultural teams • Produce and distribute documents, contracts, and other deliverables • Organize and track personnel across teams and communications platforms • Provide after-hours emergency response as required

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years minimum experience in high-end Executive Protection management, operations or logistics • A Bachelor's degree or higher • Above average proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • High level of customer service • Ability to communicate across cultures and personalities • High level of technical and analytical skills, or ability to adapt to unique situations under defined time limits • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes with competing priorities • Excellent interpersonal communication skills using precise and professional spoken and written language • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities • Ability to work all hours as required • High degree of dedication, cognitive ability, 24/7 responsiveness, intellectual maturity, and effective cross-cultural communication • Above average accounting and financial literacy
