📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences and trade shows • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, public sector and demand generation events • Oversee inventory management systems, including swag and trade show assets • Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials • Support event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completion • Partner with sales and marketing operations to track event-sourced pipeline and report on ROI against demand generation targets • Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, including public sector and commercial teams • Proactively manage the events list and internal calendars • Support various projects as needed to ensure smooth execution • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance event marketing strategy • Report to the Director of Global Event Marketing • Travel to domestic events up to 20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company • Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows (e.g. Black Hat, RSA, Identiverse) and smaller-scale events • Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs • Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence • Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site event execution • Experience working within the cybersecurity industry (preferred) • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up (preferred) • Experience using project management platforms like Monday.com (preferred)
