📋 Description

• Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions • Continuously improve the recruitment process • Lead and mentor the recruiting team through coaching and training • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders for aligned accounts • Provide regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data-driven recruitment strategy recommendations • Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies • Promote attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a results-oriented approach • Use multiple technology tools to manage workflows, track progress, and support team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in recruiting/Talent Acquisition is preferred, but not required • Relevant experience in HR, coordination, or team supervision will also be considered • Strong expertise in recruitment lifecycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning • Demonstrated experience managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet and exceed service level expectations • Experience collaborating closely with peers and leadership to execute strategies that meet client needs • Experience with problem-solving and expectation-setting with external customers • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach • Experience following processes and monitoring team data and metrics • Comfortable working with multiple technology tools and platforms
