📋 Description

• Handle inbound leads from people who contacted the company directly • Follow up with warm outbound leads from people who requested information • Conduct calls and Zoom sessions with prospective life insurance customers • Understand families’ situations and coverage needs • Explain coverage options across 60+ carrier partners • Answer customer questions honestly and help them make decisions • Conduct follow-up calls as needed • Track daily activity and meet production goals • Complete onboarding training on life insurance products, client conversations, objections, and daily systems • Access ongoing coaching and team support while building a book of business

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on the phone • Coachable and willing to follow a proven script and training system • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a standard background check • Life & Health insurance license, or genuine willingness to obtain one quickly through the guided process • No insurance experience required
