📋 Description

• Own and grow the Tennessee/Kentucky territory, focusing on new business acquisition • Identify, qualify, and open new professional accounts while growing existing relationships • Conduct regular in-person and virtual sales calls • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research • Present product lines, treatment protocols, and business-building strategies to prospects • Collaborate with internal training teams to provide ongoing customer education and support • Assist customers with product launches, treatment integration, and practice growth strategies • Maintain accurate customer and prospect records • Attend regional and national meetings, trade shows, and educational events as required • Achieve territory sales goals and performance objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience • Experience in professional skincare or medical aesthetics industries • Proven track record of achieving business development goals • Strong public speaking, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience using a CRM tool • Ability to travel daytime 3–4 days per week within a 2-hour radius • Ability to undertake limited overnight travel, including heavier overnight travel during the initial 2–4 month training period • Must not require employer immigration sponsorship now or in the future
