📋 Description

• Handle inbound leads from people who contacted the company directly • Follow up with warm outbound leads from people who requested information • Conduct calls and Zoom sessions with prospective customers • Understand families’ situations, coverage needs, and budgets • Explain relevant life insurance options across 60+ carrier partners • Answer customer questions honestly and help them make coverage decisions • Conduct follow-up calls when needed • Track daily activity and maintain production goals • Complete onboarding covering life insurance products, client conversations, objections, and daily systems

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on the phone • Coachable and willing to follow a proven script and training system • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a standard background check • Life & Health insurance license, or genuine willingness to obtain one quickly through the guided process • No insurance experience required
