• Sell life insurance coverage to families who have already requested help • Conduct client conversations and handle common questions and objections • Complete training covering product fundamentals and sales conversation structure • Participate in mentored first live calls • Build production over time • Close sales and earn commission based on production • No cold outreach
🎯 Requirements
• No prior experience required • U.S. residency • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one

• Commission-based pay with no maximum earning threshold • $800 to $1,200 per sale on average • $50,000+ part-time in year one based on consistent effort • $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one based on consistent effort • Daily/weekly pay issuance • Performance-based incentives for agents who hit production milestones • Training for people without a sales or insurance background • Mentor support through first live calls and continued production development
