• Complete training for sales and insurance fundamentals • Conduct client conversations with families seeking life insurance coverage • Handle client questions and objections • Close life insurance sales • Build production with ongoing mentor support • Meet production milestones to qualify for performance-based incentives
🎯 Requirements
• No experience required to start • U.S. residency • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Ability to sell and close life insurance policies • Commission-based compensation structure
