📋 Description

• Scope new clients’ accounting needs, review systems and records, and define the work needed for a successful start • Conduct accounting setup and cleanup activities • Document client processes and prepare the service team for a smooth handoff • Establish technology integrations and connections for various third-party client platforms • Act as the primary client contact during the first few months, facilitate meetings, and follow up on action items • Earn client cooperation, gather required information, and follow up on missing items while keeping clients informed • Pitch in with standard accounting work when the team is short-handed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Confidence working in various technology platforms • Comfortable managing competing priorities and delegation • High comfort level engaging with clients and internal teammates • Analytical thinker skilled in creative problem solving • Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team • Reside in a state where the company is established: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota
