📋 Description

• Ensure critical data is entered into orders appropriately to obtain proper reimbursement using the Patient Management Billings System - Bonafide • Communicate issues causing billing delays to appropriate teams • Interact with clients to resolve billing issues and answer questions about claims and invoices • Ensure insurance billings are current and within department timeframes • Maintain and adhere to billing-related policies and procedures • Review and complete daily/weekly reports to achieve billing goals • Assist with developing cross-functional training materials when requested • Advise whether receivables should be classified as refunds, adjustments, or write-offs • Protect confidential patient information and release it only as authorized or on a need-to-know basis • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Leadership and customer support on process improvement, cash flow, and bad debt reduction

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • 5 years of experience in the medical billing field • Strong background in federal and state laws and requirements relating to Healthcare policy • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree preferred or six years equivalent experience • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred • Experience with Bonafide preferred • Experience with Salesforce preferred • Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
