📋 Description

• Identify and enrich new prospects with accurate contact information using internal tools and public records • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline alongside provided leads • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, events, webinars, and targeted campaigns • Educate and develop leads for the Director of Strategic Accounts team • Make 80–100 outbound dials per day • Develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, marketing activities, and prospect touch-points • Ensure a seamless hand-off to the Director of Strategic Accounts • Set qualified appointments for Director of Strategic Accounts partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales • Outbound/cold calling experience required • Experience within mortgage, hard money, or private money • Intellectually curious with a keen interest in real estate, real estate investment, or mortgage • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Salesforce experience preferred
