• Execute and provide accountability for the National Kidney Foundation's Transplants for All initiative • Manage major T4A projects across state-level and national teams, including meeting coordination, logistics, data analysis, and project execution • Develop and maintain project, program, and initiative timelines • Own project and program communications and recurring operational cadences • Contribute transplant and donation expertise to strategic planning and continuous improvement • Monitor and coordinate transplant partnerships, programs, and projects with internal departments and external partners • Partner with NKF field offices and headquarters teams to deploy the collective impact model locally and regionally • Organize and manage the Transplant Advisory Committee, including meetings, teleconferences, member support, and communications • Manage grant and research projects, including grant applications and project management support • Support budget tracking and reporting • Design and implement a measurement and impact framework, including metrics, tracking systems, and reporting cadences • Refine measurement approaches and ensure credible, useful data aligned with organizational practices • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities using data and proactively flag them to leadership • Produce internal reports by collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data • Generate content for external impact reports, funder updates, and donor materials • Develop PowerPoint decks, written reports, and other stakeholder communications • Perform additional duties as required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Master's in a health-related or social services field preferred • Minimum 5–7 years of related work experience managing complex projects or programs within a healthcare or nonprofit setting • Strong preference for previous experience in a transplant-related organization • Experience building or running program performance/measurement systems and translating data into actionable reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership, funders, or boards • Experience executing research or grant-funded projects preferred • Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal oversight • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel analysis • Ability and openness to learn additional software tools, including thoughtfully incorporating AI tools • Flexible for less than 10% overnight business travel, including occasional evening and weekend availability • Unimpeachable integrity and trustworthiness; tact, discretion, and professionalism • Ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure • Competence using standard office equipment, including telephone, personal computer, fax machine, and photocopier
