📋 Description

• Manage the overall performance and all phases of property management for a portfolio of properties • Oversee preparation and implementation of operating budgets • Evaluate budget performance • Oversee tenant improvements and capital improvements • Oversee maintenance and repair projects • Coordinate company-wide initiatives and programs • Interface with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance departments • Coordinate with third-party vendors • Travel regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager • Ability to travel regularly • Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting • Advanced MS Excel skills • Bachelor degree or equivalent, relevant work experience • Superior knowledge of commercial real estate • Knowledge of property management accounting standards and systems • Strong financial aptitude • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Creative problem-solving ability • Professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM preferred • Technology-forward mindset with strong curiosity for merging tools, particularly AI
