📋 Description

• Lead strategic growth initiatives and support operational planning for Champions, a division of KinderCare Learning Companies • Serve as a strategic liaison between business leadership and cross-functional partners • Develop and execute operational strategies driving enrollment growth, revenue optimization, and family and client retention • Support field leaders in planning, prioritizing, executing, and adopting seasonal and strategic initiatives • Organize and lead cross-functional working sessions • Facilitate decision-making, alignment, and accountability for key business objectives • Use data, analytics, and business insights to evaluate business performance, enrollment trends, family and client experience, and operational effectiveness • Provide recommendations to improve business outcomes • Develop and manage detailed project plans using project management tools and methodologies • Track progress, manage risks, coordinate resources, and drive cross-functional implementation • Support creation and implementation of business standards, operating procedures, and process improvements • Drive continuous improvement to simplify operations, enhance field support, improve outcomes for families and clients, and increase organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or related functions • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional business initiatives with measurable operational or financial impact • Experience supporting business growth and operational planning in complex, multi-unit environments • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across multiple levels of leadership and functions • Strategic and critical thinking ability to balance long-term objectives and day-to-day execution
