📋 Description

• Oversee the installation training and tools team and provide direction to subject matter experts. • Manage SME support for product development, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). • Provide product safety leadership and focus installations on quality and doing them right the first time. • Support product development and implementation teams with timely delivery. • Track effort for costing new products and alignment with real-world applications. • Train and support project resources and provide feedback to the Resource Team. • Manage SME support for Quality, R&D, and Execution teams regarding improvement ideas, manufacturing or delivery deficiencies, documentation, costing, installation errors, and required training. • Drive reporting of required training to completion through the internal Dematic process. • Develop and deliver installation-related product training. • Coordinate support for product-related customer emergencies. • Support the estimating group on project-specific pricing and schedule effects related to product expertise. • Engage with engineering to standardize execution. • Support training-team topics including tools and process standards on project sites. • Coordinate and track product-installation quality audits. • Coordinate additional subcontractor training for installation of Dematic and other MHE equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Physically able to traverse construction site environments. • Must be willing to travel on short notice and spend up to 75% of the time traveling. • Associate's Degree preferred or 5 years of experience in a relevant field. • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to navigate MS Project. • Project Management Training or knowledge of Project Management Methodologies. • Knowledge of Lean Guiding Principles (TIMWOOD- Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing and Defects). • OSHA training or certificate preferred. • Willingness to work weekends as needed. • Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations. • Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required. • Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
