📋 Description

• Oversees a team of subject matter experts for one or more of the 24 technologies and over 300 products within the Dematic Global Catalog. • Provides direction to the subject matter expert team. • Manages SME support of product development, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). • Provides overall product safety leadership and focuses the team on high-quality installations. • Supports product development and implementation teams with timely delivery. • Tracks effort for costing new products and alignment with real-world applications. • Actively trains and supports project resources and provides feedback to the Resource Team. • Manages SME support of Quality, R&D, and Execution teams regarding improvement ideas, manufacturing or delivery deficiencies, documentation, costing, installation errors, and required training. • Drives reporting to completion through the internal Dematic process. • Develops and delivers product installation training. • Coordinates support for product-related customer emergencies. • Coordinates estimating-group support concerning product-specific effects on pricing and schedule. • Engages with engineering to standardize execution. • Supports training-team topics, including tools and process standards, on project sites. • Coordinates and tracks product-installation quality audits. • Coordinates additional assistance training subcontractors in installing Dematic and other MHE equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Physically able to traverse construction site environments. • Must be willing to travel on short notice and spend up to 75% of the time traveling. • Associate's Degree preferred or 5 years of experience in a relevant field. • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to navigate MS Project • Project Management Training or knowledge of Project Management Methodologies • Knowledge of Lean Guiding Principles (TIMWOOD- Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing and Defects) • OSHA training or certificate preferred • Willingness to work weekends as needed. • Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations. • Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required. • Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to navigate MS Project • Project Management Training or knowledge of Project Management Methodologies • OSHA training or certificate preferred
