📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision for the product area and create an action plan prioritizing impact, results, and speed of learning • Lead problem discovery and prioritization • Evaluate internal and market signals to identify promising long-term bets and product ideas • Use frameworks and structured thinking to make decisions amid ambiguity • Define outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research • Build stakeholder relationships and align leadership and cross-functional partners around the product vision • Partner with engineering to build and execute quality solutions • Help shape go-to-market plans for significant releases • Communicate roadmap, vision, results, and tradeoffs across the organization • Iterate, scale, or stop initiatives based on learning • Communicate ideas and prototype with AI to validate ideas or experiment • Report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis • 8–10 years of experience in product management roles, ideally B2C or marketplace, managing a significant product area • Track record of shipping successful products • User-centered mindset, empathy for users, and instinct for good UX • Strong business acumen and habit of using data to support decisions • Ability to anticipate second- and third-order effects and decision tradeoffs • Ability to reframe ambiguous or cross-functional problems • Nonprofit, impact-focused, or philanthropy experience is nice to have • Ability to communicate ideas and prototype with AI
