• Provide organization and structure across multiple large program teams, maintaining workflows, schedules, and communications aligned with program objectives • Review vendor and subcontractor invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance • Reconcile timecards against approved project work packages and support labor-reporting compliance • Calculate and monitor monthly spending rates against program budgets and identify funding risks • Maintain staffing training matrices, including assignments, start dates, and completion dates • Prepare monthly financial and operational health decks for program directors • Support development, review, and alignment of Standard Operating Procedures • Maintain version control of program documentation, contracts, change orders, and other controlled artifacts • Coordinate peer reviews for major program deliverables • Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and internal communications • Monitor and coordinate subcontractor deliverables for timely contractual submission • Support Program Managers and provide back-office support across multiple large program teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust clearance as required • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university • 3–5 years of progressive experience in program coordination, project support, or operations management within a federal government contracting environment • Demonstrated experience supporting program financial activities including invoice review, budget tracking, or burn rate analysis • Experience maintaining program documentation and artifacts in a structured, version-controlled environment • Familiarity with subcontractor management and contract deliverable tracking • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously across large program teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear, professional reports and briefing materials for program directors and government stakeholders • Proficiency in financial tracking and analysis, including invoice verification, timecard reconciliation, and burn rate modeling • Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, configuration-managed documentation, and program artifacts • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills preferred for financial modeling and reporting • Proficiency in collaboration and document management tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint • Strong attention to detail and quality control orientation, with demonstrated experience coordinating review cycles and enforcing documentation standards • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with distributed teams • PMP or CAPM certification preferred • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy preferred • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and federal financial reporting requirements preferred • Experience with workforce management or training tracking systems preferred • Knowledge of federal government contracting processes, including deliverable management and COR/CO relationships preferred • ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks preferred • Experience supporting business development activities such as proposal coordination or past performance documentation preferred
