📋 Description

• Maintain live, product-specific trackers of open compliance and legal items, including DRIs, status, and upcoming milestones • Triage new features against regulatory requirements ahead of development and ensure sign-off is built into delivery milestones • Coordinate with fraud leads to incorporate fraud controls and risk/velocity rules into feature design • Ensure fraud and client engagement teams have the tooling, admin access, battlecards, and support articles needed for launches • Support incident response for product-related issues and ensure post-incident reviews inform product changes • Maintain product-specific vendor trackers covering status, open actions, contacts, and milestones • Own performance-review cadence with key vendors and track actions to closure • Monitor vendor roadmaps and capabilities and produce periodic opportunity or constraint briefings • Ensure experiments and feature launches have fraud, dispute, client engagement, and commercial KPI metrics available • Interpret fraud, dispute, client engagement, and authorization/decline data to identify emerging issues • Drive follow-through on cross-functional findings, including compliance flags and vendor issues • Scan competitors' feature, pricing, and risk-positioning changes • Monitor regulatory and market developments affecting the Krak roadmap • Identify third-party vendor capabilities that could enable unroadmapped features and flag stack constraints • Work directly with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement, and external vendors • Report to the Manager, Product Ops - Krak

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business • Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products in one or more regions • Experience working alongside or within fraud and risk functions • Understanding of how fraud controls interact with product design • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and cadences • Track record of turning complex operational data into clear, actionable MI for product and leadership teams • Structured thinking and comfort with detail and broader strategic context • Strong communication skills across compliance, risk, engineering, and product • Experience with card issuing programmes, scheme rules, chargeback processes, and fraud typologies (nice to have) • Familiarity with third party banking and payments vendors, including BIN sponsors, scheme processors, and TPP aggregators (nice to have) • Prior experience in a fast-scaling consumer fintech or neobank (nice to have) • Exposure to crypto or digital assets products (nice to have) • Applicants must select the city and country from which they will work • Applicants must state whether they need sponsorship to work in their location
