📋 Description

• Supervise and control intricate computer networks and applications • Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment • Perform batch operations according to service agreements • Analyze first-level issues across systems • Resolve or route issues as appropriate • Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical professionals • Support complex processes, essential systems, and customer delivery • Maintain 24x7 support through alternate work schedules

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Operations environment • At least 2 years’ hands-on experience working with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel and Teams • Excellent customer relations/communications skills • Ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and navigate independently • Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to maintain 24x7 support, including any shift, weekends, and holidays • Required to pass stringent background checks • Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches and circuits • High school education required • College education preferred • Working knowledge of the Major Incident process preferred • Working knowledge of the Problem and Change processes preferred • Experience with specified systems and tools, including ACES, Ansible Controller, BMC TrueSight, Confluence, Control-M, DLP, Dynatrace, FedIdentity, GitLab/GitHub, Grafana, Infoblox IPAM, Jenkins, Jira/Rally, Okta, Netcool, PSM, PuTTY/Secure CRT, ServiceNow/CMDB, Splunk Enterprise, VMware vSphere, VMware Workspace ONE, and WebSphere Admin Console
