📋 Description

• Lead and conduct design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of strategic projects using the defined SDLC • Identify and recommend process improvements by analyzing industry and company best practices • Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings with business partners and identify impacted business processes • Evaluate and recommend system solutions within JDE E1 and ancillary solutions • Act as liaison between departmental end users, outside vendors, suppliers, and IT • Enhance current system functionality by assessing, defining, and documenting solution recommendations • Lead business case development, testing and training plans, project plans, and estimates • Manage risks and issues pertaining to assigned platforms • Develop functional designs including logical data models, system interfaces, and security requirements • Obtain stakeholder approvals for functional designs • Perform system testing and track issues through resolution • Develop UAT plans and scenarios and manage UAT execution • Document test results and report testing status • Resolve production incidents and provide day-to-day support and education to system users • Perform first- and second-level production support, including analysis and resolution of ServiceNow incidents • Work with technical resources to deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement opportunities • Ensure proper configuration management for JDE E1 systems • Contribute to process and organizational continuous improvements • Support multiple internal and external systems across functional areas, disciplines, and divisions • Regularly communicate statuses and priorities to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 4–6 years of relevant experience • 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience • Four or more years of experience with Oracle JDE E1 modules • Demonstrated project management experience • Ability to work effectively with technical staff and business process owners • Strong oral and written communication skills • Teamwork and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate technology terminology at all levels • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SQL, and business process modeling • Ability to travel up to 15% • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT • Preferred: Strong documentation skills • Preferred: Experience with HR systems such as Kronos or Workday • Preferred: Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres • Preferred: Experience with Java, BRMS, and SoapUI
