📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end contracting of divisional client contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements • Facilitate timely contract execution, manage exceptions, and maintain client relationships through clear contract processes • Coach and train new hires on contracting policies and best practices • Draft, review, and negotiate high-profile, complex client contracts using pre-approved corporate templates • Review redlines, make determinations, and escalate matters to Contract Associate III, management, or the Law Department as needed • Address client questions and participate in related calls • Secure contract signatures, return executed documents, and load final documents into the contract management system • Report project status, timelines, changes, problems, and solutions to clients and management • Partner with the Law Department to interpret contractual terms, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance • Work with business units to translate client requirements and operational objectives into contractual terms • Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, process, and risk considerations • Maintain accurate and complete client records in the contract management system and resolve data discrepancies • Monitor client bid opportunities and assist with RFP, RFQ, and other bid proposal preparation and submission • Coordinate documentation, pricing, and compliance information for bids • Review bid terms for obligations, risks, and compliance requirements • Track bid timelines, deadlines, and approvals • Support post-bid clarifications and contract award negotiations • Communicate bid submissions and results to the Law Department for monthly reporting • Participate in M&A Project Team calls and review client contracts in project data rooms • Create new contracts or contract assignments where needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years or more of experience in contracts management OR Associate’s degree and 3 years or more of experience in contracts management • 2 years or more of experience in healthcare industry contracts management (preferred) • Associate’s degree and 5 years or more of experience in contracts management (preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, DocuSign, and Adobe • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to high-pressure situations • Ability to change workload direction based on required timeframes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little to no supervision • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time
