• Research websites to obtain backup as needed • Identify issues and trends with assigned payers • Ensure aged AR is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance • Remain flexible to everchanging priorities
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year or more work experience • Accounts receivable, billing, office administration, or data entry work experience • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
