📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with team members and departments to optimize service to external clients • Provide professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email • Answer customer inquiries, research issues, and provide effective resolutions • Document customer inquiry issues, action steps, and outcomes • Document and process change requests promptly and efficiently • Complete supply/product order requests • Make outbound calls to existing customers about new products and services • Act as an advocate for clients and support their needs • Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Central Time

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • 2 or more years of customer service experience • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills • Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service • Professional phone presence and superb phone etiquette skills • Excellent research and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs • Associate’s Degree preferred • 1 or more years’ experience with medical terminology preferred • Current or prior Labcorp experience preferred
