📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and approved communication channels • Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, customer requests, and company procedures • Track customer requests and follow up to support timely resolution • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications and service activity • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and service concerns • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate relevant trends to management • Develop a strong understanding of A-Core's services and customer-support procedures • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling customer information • Meet established individual and team service expectations • Remain responsive and communicative while working remotely • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team member or manager • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or a related service role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional and customer-focused approach to problem-solving • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments • Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes • Proficiency with common business applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment • High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience with CRM, customer support, scheduling, or business communication platforms is a plus
