📋 Description

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members, including performance metrics, accountability, work distribution, and performance evaluations • Ensure seamless integration of Project Management team services • Grow and develop the Project Management team, including succession plans and individual development plans • Manage study milestones and proactively communicate with clients • Apply best practices in budget and risk management and maintain accurate system documentation • Coordinate and monitor progress toward Project Management goals • Consult proactively with clients regarding the impact of their decisions and understand how they define success • Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity through consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs • Monitor and track resolution of client escalations, issues, and concerns • Identify, track, and timely resolve service failures while taking preventative action • Collaborate across boundaries and functions to support global team operations, work with BD Directors, remove barriers, and optimize client delivery • Coordinate and manage a regional team and global clients to implement team strategy, structures, processes, and metrics and deliver outstanding client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline • 5 or more years of experience as a people leader • 2 or more years of experience managing leaders with direct reports • 2 or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects • Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services • Preferred: 1 or more years of experience in clinical research • Preferred: 1 or more years of experience leading database management, study design, or global project management in the clinical research industry • Preferred: 1 or more years of experience in quality event management (CAPA handling) • Experience managing leaders and larger teams of 20 or more • Ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff in a multi-regional, matrixed environment • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate, guide, and influence a unified approach in a global, cross-functional environment • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to collaborative teamwork • High level of initiative and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams • Strengths in planning, problem solving, and organizational execution • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and managing change • Experience in team building, influencing stakeholders, and resolving conflict • Track record of delivering complex projects on time and to quality standards
