📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of security engineers and analysts • Guide vulnerability management, incident detection and response, and identity and access management • Drive execution of multi-year security initiatives • Translate security strategy into execution and maintain progress as priorities shift • Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership on information security policies, procedures, GRC, and plans • Evaluate security technologies and controls, including proof-of-concept testing and vendor partnerships • Lead security technology implementation and continuous improvement • Identify root causes of technical and operational problems and lead durable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security, with meaningful exposure across multiple domains such as vulnerability management, incident response, endpoint security, or identity and access management • 2+ years of experience leading a team of security professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance management and career development • Working experience securing both on-premises and cloud environments • Solid understanding of cloud networking and operations concepts • Demonstrated ability to communicate security risks and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience contributing to or executing security roadmaps, policies or programs in a growing or maturing organization • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or a related field (preferred) • CISSP or equivalent security certification (preferred) • 8+ years of experience in information security (preferred) • 5+ years of people management experience in a security or technology function (preferred) • Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment • Must be able to work from anywhere in the U.S.
