📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads; no cold list dialing • Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans • Educate clients on LaserAway's services, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more • Present financing options and close deals • Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs • Build a loyal book of clients and earn commission on treatment plans sold

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail) • Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas • Self-motivated; able to manage own pipeline • Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty • Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availability
