📋 Description

• Use sales skills to influence prospects through the loan application and close sales within 1–2 calls • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages • Identify customer pain points such as medical debt and home repairs • Explain how Achieve’s personal loan products provide solutions • Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission • Help customers improve their financial situations through digital personal finance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience • Outbound call center experience preferred • Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles • Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs • Ability to maintain a high-energy sales conversation • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) • Availability for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts • Ability to work during business hours of 8:00am-10:00pm CST • Must work remotely in Texas or Florida for the remote arrangement
