📋 Description

• Close personal loan sales within 1–2 calls using sales skills to influence prospects • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages • Identify customer pain points such as medical debt and home repairs • Explain how Achieve’s personal loan product provides solutions • Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience • Outbound call center experience preferred • Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles • Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining a high-energy conversation • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
