📋 Description

• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans • Manage a pipeline of warm leads and drive an individual revenue target • Work the lead queue through the CRM • Conduct consultative phone conversations with patients • Educate patients on LaserAway treatment options • Overcome objections and follow up persistently • Close sales • Maintain pipeline visibility and clear next actions • Represent LaserAway's national clinic footprint across assigned U.S. regions • Report to the Remote Sales Director • Work with LaserAway's national marketing team and warm inbound leads

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day • Ability to manage an independent sales pipeline • Ability to cover an assigned U.S. time zone • Motivated by measurable results • Ability to conduct consultative phone conversations, educate patients, overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales • CRM proficiency • Aesthetics background not required
