📋 Description

• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans • Manage a pipeline of warm, inbound leads and drive a revenue target • Work the lead queue through the CRM • Conduct consultative phone conversations • Educate patients about LaserAway treatment options • Overcome objections and follow up persistently • Close sales • Maintain pipeline visibility and next actions in the CRM • Report to the Remote Sales Director • Work with LaserAway's national marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day • Ability to build trust and create urgency over the phone • Ability to manage an independent sales pipeline • Availability to cover an assigned U.S. time zone • Motivated by measurable results and accountable for performance metrics • Aesthetics background is not required
