📋 Description

• Work a pipeline of warm, marketing-generated leads • Conduct consultative phone conversations with prospective patients • Educate patients about LaserAway treatment options • Overcome objections, follow up with leads, and close treatment-plan sales • Manage the lead queue and pipeline through the CRM • Drive revenue against an assigned target • Represent LaserAway's aesthetic dermatology clinics and treatments • Report to the Remote Sales Director • Work with LaserAway's national marketing team and convert warm inbound leads

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day • Ability to build trust and create urgency over the phone • Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline • Motivated by measurable results and accountable for performance metrics • Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone • Ability to conduct consultative phone conversations, educate patients, overcome objections, follow up persistently, and close sales • Aesthetics background not required
