📋 Description

• Achieve Sales Success: Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement • Conduct Personalized Consultations: Use phone or video calls to educate prospective customers • Engage with Prospects: Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads • Present Treatment Plans: Deliver professional and compelling presentations of services • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Location Directors and Patient Care Coordinators • Offer Financing Solutions: Guide customers through payment plans • Resolve Customer Concerns: Partner with internal teams to address disputes • Support Brand Standards: Collaborate with medical professionals to uphold protocols • Contribute to Team Success: Foster a team-oriented culture

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology • Exceptional consultative sales abilities • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent presentation capabilities • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
