📋 Description

• Build and ship end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems • Develop user experiences with technologies such as TypeScript and React • Develop services and APIs using technologies such as Go, Python, or comparable tools • Translate customer problems and product goals into technical designs and incremental delivery plans • Own features from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and engineering partners • Balance usability, performance, reliability, and time to value • Write readable, maintainable, well-tested code • Improve observability, operational health, and system quality • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, incident response, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software in a professional environment, or equivalent demonstrable experience • Experience contributing across both frontend and backend layers • Experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent language • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React • Experience with a typed language such as TypeScript • Experience designing or consuming APIs and working with backend services, data stores, or asynchronous systems • Strong product instincts and ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes • Clear communication and collaborative approach • Commitment to quality, accessibility, maintainability, and continuous learning
