📋 Description

• Own features end to end, from problem framing and technical design through implementation, rollout, and operations • Design for enterprise constraints including permissions, access control, approvals, auditing, data residency, and regional isolation • Identify and resolve scalability and performance limits • Extend the public API, Terraform provider, and configuration surfaces • Work directly with customers through escalations and discovery calls • Improve observability, runbooks, on-call operations, and incident follow-through • Drive alignment across dependent teams • Mentor engineers and provide substantive specification and pull-request reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of features driven from design through production • Strong full stack ability in a statically typed backend language and frontend development • Experience with Go, TypeScript, and React • Experience building for enterprise customers, including multi-tenancy, roles and permissions, SSO and identity, audit logging, approval workflows, or compliance requirements • Demonstrated work on scale and performance problems • API design experience • Comfort talking to customers • Willingness to flex occasionally to work with teammates and stakeholders in EMEA • Clear technical writing skills
