📋 Description

• Work closely with senior bankers to deliver best-in-class advice on equity transactions • Manage processes across various phases from development through deal execution • Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, analysis, and memoranda • Interact with client senior executives • Track market developments and transactions • Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets, specifically in the Americas • Demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture • Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers • Fluency in the use of AI tools • Strong client and presentation skills • Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA would be an asset
