📋 Description

• Servicing existing clients and assisting in producing new client relationships • Quickly developing and managing a portfolio of client relationships • Working closely with the Surety broking team to manage reinsurance placements from start to finish • Leading client calls and meetings to discuss reinsurance program, renewals, modeling, and benchmarking • Training new staff, monitoring workflow, and assisting in process improvements • Developing rapport with clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor • Liaising with legal, actuarial, accounting, and claims departments to service client needs • Actively collaborating with broking teams across the organization to develop Surety opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in primary or reinsurance underwriting and/or reinsurance broking • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically a strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel • Strong critical thinking skills in finance, economics and/or statistics
