📋 Description

• Perform financial analyses and create models • Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials • Interact with client senior executives • Manage deal processes • Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years or equivalent of investment banking experience with interest in Life Science Tools and Diagnostics • Demonstrated leadership skills and be a team player with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture • Top performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise • Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers • Strong client and presentation skills • Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
