📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of fintech strategic partnerships, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding • Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams • Lead and coordinate partnership meetings, take notes, manage deliverables and action items, and track implementation progress • Track partner onboarding and program management activities, including requests, overdue items, scheduling, workspaces, and maintenance • Assist partners with training and troubleshoot workspace tools, processes, and systems • Facilitate content governance and change management for external-facing materials, including version control • Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting, including onboarding status, dependencies, and roadblocks • Communicate project expectations and timelines to internal stakeholders • Gather project requirements, define scope, and develop time estimates for deliverables • Prioritize workloads across project teams in a rapidly changing environment • Support other program managers with meetings, minutes, action tracking, materials, and logistics • Provide project status updates to team members, clients, and senior management • Participate in other tasks, projects, and team initiatives as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent • 2-3 years of project or program management experience • Financial services experience is a plus • Comfort with program/project management tools like Asana, GSuites, and Confluence, or ability to learn new systems and team workflows quickly • Excellent technical troubleshooting and process implementation skills • Ability to plan, set priorities, organize, and coordinate work with others • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Client-focused approach and desire to deliver high customer service • Extremely adaptable to change • Excellent communication skills and passion for business and technology • Ability to thrive in a fluid environment with high autonomy, self-motivation to ask questions, and problem-solving ability • Must be authorized to work in the job's location
