• Responsible for developing private client relationships, including generation of residential mortgages, other credit facilities, and deposits. • Acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives. • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment. • Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners. • Provide concierge service experience to clients, including responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance, and developing personalized banking solutions. • Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually, and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc. • Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources. • Work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to help promote the brand.
• Bachelor’s degree, CFP, CTFA a plus • Minimum 10 years private client/private banking experience • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box • Specialty product knowledge a plus • Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business as well as retain and effectively manage clients • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required • General computer knowledge a must with prior banking applications experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail
