📋 Description

• Refer investor clients to Investors Equity Group for business-purpose loans • Earn on loan closings in addition to real estate sales • Support financing for fix-and-flips, rental properties, and portfolio deals • Participate in the referral partnership alongside an existing real estate business • Apply, complete a 15-minute introductory call, receive a partner link, and begin referring

🎯 Requirements

• An active real estate license • Current investor clients, or a steady flow of investor buyers • Must remain with your brokerage; this is not a W-2 job
