📋 Description
• Daily Monitoring & Assessment • Execute comprehensive daily QA checklists • Test user experience flows • Increase surveillance during major sporting events • Verify implementation of the Planning team’s content strategies • Produce detailed daily QA reports • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in QA, content operations, trading, or a related sportsbook/online gaming function • Strong, demonstrable sports betting knowledge • Exceptional attention to detail and QA rigor • The ability to multi-task and work on multiple issues simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication
